Carter’s Diabetic Educare Centre recently visited the Education Department of the National Museum. During their visit we did a guided tour with them, they had a book discussion and they also enjoyed some pizza in our tearoom.
Some of these learners have special needs and physical disabilities, but they were still very enthusiastic about learning more about natural history. We encourage learners to be curious and to ask questions during our informative guided tours. Learning can be fun!
