President Steyn Primary School recently visited the Education Department of the National Museum for a special lesson about wild animals.
The learners and educators were amazed by the wide variety of stuffed animals and real objects on display. They were very excited and eagerly listened to interesting information about birds, reptiles and mammals. They were fascinated to see real reptile & bird’s eggs, feathers, nests, a python skin and tortoise shells which enhance their learning experience during the lesson! After the lessons they did a self-tour through the Museum and enjoy their snacks in the Museum’s tea room.
