The Education Department of the National Museum took part in the 2024 Provincial Tourism Career Expo at Phakisa Raceway in Odendaalsrus. School learners from around the Free State were invited and we had the opportunity to introduce them to the different departments at National Museum in Bloemfontein and tell them about the different career opportunities at the National Museum. They had the chance to see and touched some interesting Museum objects and received some informative pamphlets on Museum careers.
We reached a total number of 550 learners and educators.
