All Gr R and Foundation phase school groups are invited to visit the National Museum for the Education Department’s special lesson on “All about Birds” during the 3rd term 2025.
The learners have an opportunity to see a huge variety of stuffed birds such as birds of prey, water birds, owls, our National Bird, endangered birds & extraordinary birds. We will also look, amongst other, at the different beaks and feet of birds, what they eat, their nest building techniques, the magic of flight and their new life’s from eggs.
