The Education Department hosted NSW from 15 to 30 August 2024. We did outreach lessons to schools in the Mangaung area and some FS schools.
The theme for this event was “Endangered species”. We emphasized reasons why these animals are in danger and what can be done to save them from extinction. We also name many role players who try to protect our endangered species and what contributions each of us can make towards the protection our endangered animals.
A total number of 3 135 learners and educators participated in our National Science Week.
