The Education Department of the National Museum was recently visited by Fichies Pre-Primary School for a fun-filled lesson on Dinosaurs. They learned about all the different types of dinosaurs that roamed the Earth, about their built-in defensive weapons and they could see and touch real dinosaur fossils. To end their visit the learners had a chance to experience casts of dinosaur footprints in the palaeontology exhibition.
We invite all school groups to please contact our Education Officers at 051 447 9609 if you want your school to also visit the Museum for our exciting lessons.
